about us

Outstanding London based Pearly are a band of "Genuine Talent" (Caragan Ltd) who have a growing reputation on the unsigned scene thanks to their unique brand of intelligent, melodic indie rock. Contemporary, yet based upon classic song writing and an ability to write an affecting melody, they play "music that makes life seem worthwhile." (www.amusicalpriority.co.uk)

Pearly's new recording has seen them start to realise their ambition of capturing the Pearly sound and has galvanised the group with the belief that a better recording can only mean bigger things for their future.

The individuals that bring their different influences to Pearly are William Adnams (lead vocals & guitar); Bruce Arnett (bass & vocals); Richard Brown (lead guitar & vocals) and Stuart Hogben (drums & vocals.)
Since the bands conception in 2002, Pearly have had considerable success whilst honing their craft. They made it to the final of a Europe-wide unsigned music contest held in Italy, coming 5th out of 713 bands who entered; in May 2005 their blistering live favourite "British Summertime (N18)" was played on Huw Stephens Radio 1 show and their first recording was requested by Sony Music UK.

Quite simply "If you have any sense you will let Pearly into your world now otherwise you could end up regretting it for the rest of your life" (A Musical Priority - website which helped break The Arctic Monkeys)
