We are a combination of music management and business consultancy, specialising in developing talent by offering the foundations to establish and market each individual’s vision.
By providing the tools, skills, resources, expertise and most importantly support to achieve this under one roof, we are able to tailor individual packages for each and every client depending on their specific needs and goals.
We apply our unique management style to individuals, bands, and companies, to build their path towards success. We help them develop personally, work with them to refine their vision, build their team, develop their products and produce and implement a business and marketing plan.
But more than that, we know when someone is truly great and will do everything in our power to make sure that the whole world knows it too.

Our services include management, mentoring, consultancy, production, development workshops, promotional expertise and public events.
For artists and bands
With management, distribution, consultancy, huge live events and actual production we empower our artists and give them the tools to create and run their own careers within the music industry.
We can produce and record material in our in-house studio along with associate recording studios and producers across the country. We help develop solid marketing strategies and plans to build a fan base, arrange and manage tours, achieve media coverage, set up relationships with distributors, labels, lawyers and booking agents, whilst providing artists with the tools and options to release their own material in their own way.
We, along with other mentors and experts advise, collaborate, and develop the artists during their time with us encouraging interdependent working practices
For companies and creative individuals
Using our 10 years of marketing and business experience we offer structures and creativity to help improve and develop their business. We work with our clients to take the true essence of what they are and translate it into an offering that appeals to their target market.
At the same time we constantly work with our clients to develop their skills enabling them to sustain their own success.

All of our artists are required to commit a percentage of their profits to us for re-investment in our educational projects. They also specify a designated cause that a percentage of the Underdog's Guide To Success pot, based on share of income, will be allocated to.
Coupling our music management skills with the expertise of Tate Post sound production, our in house mentors, technicians and designers offer audio and visual packages designed to give bands and artists all the tools they need to promote themselves to both their fans and the industry.
The packages combine recording and production, mixing and mastering with promotional materials and artwork - plus music videos too.
They are designed to help simplify and shorten the whole process for the artist making everything not only better value, but empowering the individual to be in control of their own career.
With a pre-session consultation, we aim to tailor each package to the individual requirements of each client. Who and what will serve the artist best.
Recording is carried out at our top of the range recording studio, designed by the BBC to produce fantastic vocal, drum and full band facilities.
Pro tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Giga Studio and many more software facilities are at hand as well as SourceConnect for remote recording sessions.

In conjunction with Underdogs Management and due to popular demand, Underdogs have extended their doghouse to include a booking agency that specialises in networking bands in the UK and creating opportunity for more gigs, more exposure and the chance to work across the country.
We aim to help the bands that we love to continue to get great gigs and expand their audience.
WE ARE INDEPENDENT and will always stay that way. We want to be a company that people choose because they know we only represent and work with bands we truly believe in.
We decided that the best way to start was to sift through all the contacts each artist had individually and cross reference, sharing the good stuff and increasing potential.
An eclectic and hugely talented bunch, our Underdog collective is growing daily.
