Chewed up, spat on, kicked in the nuts, Hunting Bigfoot kicks back...

Hunting Bigfoot is the brain-child of two high school buds - Paul Rowan and Christopher Walsh. Walsh was in a string of NYC bands and Rowan was to used to banging it out on a borrowed acoustic when he got drunk at parties.

Rowan wasn't the kind of guy to do group sing-alongs or Eagles covers. He played loud, in-your-face originals that dared his audience to make him stop. "I was never trying to entertain. My attitude was "you think you're going to sit on the sofa and have a quiet discussion about Sense and Sensibility? F**k that, you're going to listen to this!" Rowan finally decided that his impromptu performances weren't getting his point across to a wide enough audience, so he enlisted Walsh to help make it happen - and Johnny Rolfe soon thereafter.

By Winter 2005, the band had road-tested their material in countless dives and local clubs, relying on old friends and band-mates to fill in on bass and drums when needed. They even played a few acoustic shows with Rowan and Walsh on guitars, and Johnny Rolfe in the front row yelling, “Fu**ing pussies!” The band went into the studio in summer 2005 and began recording “So Much For Last Year.”

A WORD ABOUT THE 3FN SONGS
The songs that some people hate the most are the 3FN songs. The first song (3FN wives) is about some guy on the run from the law and all he cares about is coming back to his home to take her out with him. The second song (3FN Chicago) is about a high school kid taunting the dad of the daughter he's dating. Both have explicit lyrics. The rest of the songs are not like those.

I wish the songs didn't list in alphabetical order cause 3FN & Cape Cod show up at the end, the CD starts with Halfway Out My Mind
