Hello Folks, this is my solo-music page, where (with some exceptions now and then), you..ll find a selection of the songs I did ALL ALONE :) ! Once it was divided strictly into an electronic world consisting of songs I made with my Computer and some (then for me) quite tricky software, and songs done on acoustic instruments, solely (which I couldn..t place in one of my bands). However, these two worlds have evolved and intertwined more and more, so that very often I find it very difficult to separate them (so I won..t do that, even if that..s what most people expect of me and my fellow Germans :) !), though some songs still tend to one of the two extremes. Generally I don..t care to much for sticking to one musical style, ..cause I happen to like all kind of music, as long as it gives me the feeling of the involved musicians having the time of their lives :) (as I do when playing music)! I always dreamed about having as many different instruments as possible, and gear to record it with, so that I could do my own band, all by myself :) ! And so here it is ……………………. I hope you..ll enjoy what you..ll hear (I..m proud of it, but excuse some bloops and mistakes I did- thx in advance). Keep sticking, because the songs are all quite different. (by the way, I hope you like my pictures as well, for painting became more & more fun to me in the last 5 or so years) and now I..ll bore you with a little bit of personal history (feel free to skip it :) !) I started with music 20 years ago, with metal guitar (in a Band called "Indian Summer"), proceeding to a jazzcore outfit with no name (but after replacing the bassplayer to become "Iso Rivolta"), then picking up the bass & the drums (in a Band called "LAUT!" (bass) & "Murfits Aliens" (Drums)). After quitting with the Murfits, "Marburg" was born, witch, together with Iso Rivolta died about 12 Years ago (for I had to move to another part of Germany), but Iso Rivolta was reborn 2 Years ago, and is alive and kicking (we..re working on a new record right now). Electronic music I started to compose and record about 12 Years ago (yes, that..s right, because at that time I had to give up my bands because of moving somewhere else), and proved to be so much fun, that I refined it over the years. A mixture of Electronics and Rock/Avant­/Pop is what you will hear on this site devoted to my soloproject rather than to my bands (which you can find as links farther down on this page).
