I should change my Desert Island Bandman Discs every week or so, send me a message if I haven't reviewed you yet because the only way this site is bad is that bands not on the top 9 most listened to are hard to locate.

If I've added you to my bands list you should feel very privaledged! I only add bands I really really like. Here is some underated or seldom reveiwed music on Bandman:

Iris And The Wolves- Folky pop, delicate and beautiful, sung by an opera singer but not melodramatic.

Artcha- UK Hip-Hop, intelligent and complex, laid back.

Soldiers of Fortune- Punk in the style of the clash, the manics etc.

The Undercover Hippy- Check this guy out if you haven't already. Politically driven, clever and fun. The best lyricist on bandman.

Elliot Workspace- Cold a little scary, moving uplifting "electro-folk"

Milky Joe enjoys discussing existentialism and wearing check shirts. He does not enjoy cross dressing or domestic violence. Keep it Cocoloco.

That Monday morning feeling by The Fahrenheits
Write a song called "Orville Overdrive Sucks Cocks" and I'll give you a ten. Not keen on the lyrics the calypso guitar is great though, as are the drums. You do song really like the arctic monkeys.

Some Kinda Machine by Triggerbox
Nice intro and killersy disco drums. Better lyrics and a cool little squeak in the background. Its the best city we've ever seen. Not as strong as Techno Boy. Cool backing vox too. Really like this.

Don't Call Me Simon by TheNigels
Raw. Fun. Great lyrics. "I saw up your skirt in geography" brilliant. A bit silly, but sincere. Frightening drums and vocals.

Techno Boy by Triggerbox
My first listen of the much hyped triggerbox. Not a disapointment, this is a great song. I'm not keen on the lyrics "freak out, c'mon, c'mon, don't stop dancing til the break of dawn" is particularly bad. This is a well recorded track and sounds a bit like the death in vegas track liam gallagher sings on, which I Love. The music here is so clever and interesting. Work on your lyrics for a ten!
